Quality Assurance Plan
A comprehensive quality assurance plan is an absolute requirement for successful contract performance based on an understanding of needs, expectations, values, dedication to common goals, and trust, a successful, long-term relationship is guaranteed. MBS has used the following QA plan:
MBS Multi-Tier Inspections
- Supervisor – Daily inspections during and after work shift
- Area Manager – Quarterly detailed written inspections
- Director of Operations – Quarterly unannounced inspections
- Peer-Review Inspections – Semiannual inspections by other area managers
- Each supervisor’s job description includes the responsibility to perform cleaning inspections during the work shift.
- The Area Manager performs unannounced formal inspections at least twice a month.
- The Director of Operations will perform, at least four times per year, an unannounced building inspection.
- The peer review inspection is an important part of the MBS quality assurance program for two reasons:
- Inspections create a healthy climate of competition among our area managers.
- Peer review inspections also serve to cross train our area managers for possible fill-in or replacement in the event of promotion, sickness, or unplanned leave of absence.
